Business Development & Social Media Growth Intern
About the role
Voltair Tech is a bootstrapped AI automation studio based in Mumbai. We build AI agents, RAG chatbots, n8n workflow automations, WhatsApp integrations, and high-speed websites. Beyond services, we run two live products: Kauntech (AI business card scanner) and SendZap.
This role is for someone who wants to move beyond 'vanity metrics.' You will own our social media presence and turn it into a high-intent lead pipeline. You aren't just posting—you are building a growth engine for our services and products.
What you'll do
- Execute targeted market strategies for our 5-6 core AI services, segment by segment.
- Identify decision-makers in the Indian SMB market and run focused outreach.
- Manage social media promotion to generate qualified, revenue-ready leads.
- Track conversion data to refine our targeting and messaging.

- Understanding of the Mumbai and wider Indian SMB market is a plus.
